The Precinct and Sky Tower from Albert Park

Samuel is now a property tycoon!
After a long stint working in the mines in Western Australia, he is is now back in New Zealand and living in Auckland with Emma.
This week he is completing the paperwork for his purchase of an apartment in the Auckland CBD.
It’s a great time to buying right now with the real estate market in freefall and some great bargins to be found.
He has scored his apartment for a really keen price.
His apartment is in a fairly newish 31 story building called The Precinct.
It’s a one bedroom unit that comes fully furnished right down to an LCD TV. It’s a pretty upmarket building with a swimming pool and gym.

The Precinct

Sam’s unit is on the 15th floor. In the photo here it is on the right hand side just above the roof line of the building next door
The building is located on Lorne and Kitchener Streets right in the middle of Auckland’s business, shopping and entertainment precincts.
As you can see from the photo the building has views overlooking the city skyline, Albert Park and Waitemata Harbour.
I guess Sam’s apartment will have views of Albert Park and downtown Auckland.
